Old friend. He wrote I20, worked on the Mars Pathfinder. Made and raised two beautiful kids. Got too lost in the grateful dead parking lot with me to make it into the show. Watched stars through a scope and then nearly got into a fight with the cop who hassled us. I cannot understand.

He was killed going to work yesterday.
