stay away from all breads for about a month then gradually re-introduce them back into your diet. Oh but if you're still craving pasta and stuff, eat rice pasta (you can find it at Henry's and Whole Foods), rice crust pizza, and there are even cookies made with rice flour. I can't eat wheat and I made my family stop too, and ever since they've all lost at least 10 pounds.
also if you eat eggs go for egg beaters instead of the real thing. ONE egg has 70% of the cholesterol you need for the entire day. egg beaters = none. Like Katherine said, NO breads. My aunt has lost 50 pounds eating a FAT plate of salad all the time, go for fat free and sugar free everything (dressing and what not) and if your gunna still drink coffee, keep it black.
OH YEAH and don't get iceburg lettuce, it has HELLA calories and what not. Stick with Romaine :)
