1.) What does Hanyuu think of Mion now that they've gotten to know each other as opposed to just being a ghost-spirit-thing?

1. Mion is definitely Hanyuu's closest friend after Rika, and I think that whole bond strengthened after a) Rolo incident, and b) Mion talking to Hanyuu about Lelouch. Even if Hanyuu is the little loli here, she actually feels very protective over her ('watching over her' for thousands of years of bad ends will do that ): ) and wants the absolute best for her. She admires her self confidence to the point where she's a teensy bit jealous. >:

2. Phoenix would debate about it, then ask Shadow why he's going to court if he could blow up the jail.

She likes it! Not only has the island boosted her self confidence by leaps and bounds, she's bonded with both new friends and now knows the ones she never talked to due to ghostloli a lot better (Mion 'A') If she had a choice, she'd never go home--but she doesn't know if that's because of the coward in her that never wants to confront the problems back home or just because she wishes for the wellbeing of her friends. It's probably a mix of both, but she knows to believe in the miracle if she ever winds up home.

Also Rika being here makes her SUPER happy and comfortable knowing she doesn't have to worry about Rika facing any bad ends on her own.
