a = .16/.25 (convert to whatever units are appropriate).
Once you have a, then multiply that times 2 seconds to get your average velocity. Multiply velocity times 2 seconds to get your distance. Basically, set everything up to cancel all the different units...I'm doing this in my head, so I'm not sure it's completely correct, but it should follow those lines.
