Thank you for the second take on this! happy ending is <3 although I admit I'm now plotting nefarious ways for them to get to keep the adorable kids too.

Senga has always known this; he just didn’t think it would change anything - he didn’t think it mattered. But it does. It does.

Also, random question, but I think I've read something in another fic somewhere where they had matching earrings. Is that something that's actually true do you know or just a fandom thing?

I'm sure no one would mind if you wrote yet another version. ;)

And it's a true thing. Senga apparently found an earring he really wanted, but it came in a pair (because it was meant for girls, obviously), so he got it anyway and offered one of them to Kitayama, randomly. Kitayama refused, so Senga gave it to Nika. They wore them at some of their concerts, so of course ALLLLL the fans noticed and they talked about it during the MCs and stuff. But Nika lost his. Yokoo made him apologize on Kisumai's radio show and promise to buy Senga something matching in return for losing his present. Nika argued that it hadn't been intended as a present in the first place, and thus doesn't count, although he promised anyway.
