Dude mongrel! I came up with something similar yesterday - on our campus we've got a "tell a secret" box in which you can drop a note that's supposed to have some sort of secret on it. It's not read by anyone, it's just a secret of yours immortalized into a pile of other people's secrets. Influenced this: you've got something you need to say, you just say it and a facebook app sends it anonymously to x of your friends, and you can, if you want, start an anonymous conversation about it. It could be considered an advice tool or just an announcement tool to let the world know something you want to anonymously share. Venting outlet... etc. Whatever. Anonymous communication with your facebook friends.
hey, if they don't have a facebook app for it (the secrets thing), it's still viable.
I was thinking more inline with the thegreathatsby (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TheGreatHatsby), which serves to just open up random dialog between random people (Except in this case the users wouldn't be extremely confused as to why they're getting random messages.). A structured-chaotic approach to making new acquiescences if you will, bounded by locations (such as school).
