I really don't like the new rules for passports, those biometric ones. First you have to take a picture of you that looks scarily like one of these "Wanted - dead or alive" pictures from Western movie

I know the feeling. I just got myself a passport a few weeks ago and that picture - that's not me.
Not a big fan of the fingerprint-thing as well. *sigh*

You plan any larger trips? For your work-trip I think the identity card would have been enough.

Don't go to Disney land and seaworld then - you get fingerprinted there, even my 10 year old did. there's something wrong about that.

OMG - since when do they fingerprint at Disney/SeaWorld?! I don't like trusting the government with my fingerprints, much less some corporate entity. Do you know how long they keep them etc.? I assume it is part of some sort of "child molester/abductor tracking program"...

Well, as long as they find some kind of excuse.

I really, really don't like the way we get more and more transparent and can't quite do much about it. Hmpf.
