I looked up "shit-grin" and came up with this definition:

A stupid grin that makes you look so clueless that you enjoy eating shit on a regular basis.

People who call tech support don't even try to learn the basics of using a computer. I picture them sitting at their desk with a shit-eating grin, then headbutting the screen.

I'm totally a buff/sailor type. Of wait, does the slash mean either or? You can't both be buff AND a sailor? In that case, I'm just a sailor type.

The ad clearly has issues. The abuse of slashes usually connotes indecision. Which makes us perfectly qualified.
