GOProud co-founder gives up, leaves Republican PartyIf you recall, I used to always defend the Log Cabin, GOProud, and any other "change from within" organization. But that was a long time ago. For the last 10+ years I've said they should give up. I wish I had a list of people that, for the last 10 years, have told me how wrong I was to start

Well, your principle may still be sound ... change from within ... the article points out that the GOP has abandoned the principles that otherwise made it favorable ... limited government and such. The strategy might actually work but the GOP doesn't.
