Thanks, I'm feeling pretty dumb right now but I'm in a good spot to not settle for something that just didn't feel right. The money was good but I would have been miserable.

Don't feel dumb, Matty! It sounds to me like it was clearly over the line of reasonable and that the place was a terrible fit for you, and nothing good comes from pretending that you can suck it up and deal with something that you know is completely wrong for you.

Clean break is the way to go!
