Yesung looked around his room as he stopped packing up his bags. There were so many memories there. He smiled as he picked up a picture of him, Hangeng, Siwon, Donghae, and Kyuhyun in high school. Things were so simple back then. They were all together and the five of them were inseparable. Yesung sighed trying his best to push the thought out of his head. He put the picture down and looked around the room again. He began to zip up his bag but saw a Shinwa shirt peeking out. He took it out and threw it across the room into a hamper.
“I guess I don’t have to ask you if you regret leaving Shinwa,” said his father as he walked into the room. Yesung laughed a little as he zipped up his bag.
“No Appa, you don’t,” he said as he sat down. Mr. Kim sat down by his son.
“You know when you told me you were leaving Shinwa and going to Seoul National University after the summer for your senior year, I was actually relieved,” confessed his dad and Yesung looked at him shocked.

“Joongwoon I was relieved because now you will be with your brothers. The three of you were so close and Kyuhyun and Donghae might as well be your brothers since they were always hanging around here,” teased his dad as Yesung laughed.
“Yea even our classmates got us all confused. They weren’t sure who were brothers and who weren’t at times, especially with Siwon and Kyuhyun,” he laughed remembering his little brother and best friend. Mr. Kim shook his head.
“Oh lord help us all, Siwon and Kyuhyun are now going to college….together,” he sighed and put his hand on Yesung’s shoulder.
“Watch over them this year son,” he said and Yesung nodded.
“Don’t worry appa I will, plus Hangeng hyung and Donghae will be there.” His dad nodded as Yesung packed another bag. Mr. Kim walked over to another picture and picked it up with a smile. It was a picture of Yesung and Leeteuk. Yesung looked down as his dad looked at him.
“Does he know you are coming?” Yesung shrugged and went back to packing.
“It doesn’t matter.. Besides I’m sure Hangeng hyung or Heechul has told him that I’m coming, but it doesn’t matter, I mean….no it doesn’t matter,” he repeated and his dad nodded.
“Right, it’s been years since the two of you were.. I just wondered if you two were back on talking terms,” he said and Yesung smirked. He picked up his bags and looked at his dad.
“Jungsu made it perfectly clear years ago that what we had was over. I’m over him, I mean it was high school, I’m a senior in college now so that seems like ages ago,” he informed and his father grabbed a bag.
“Whatever you say son,” he looked him over, “you know I’m glad you decided to stay an extra day and let me take you up to the school.” Yesung laughed.
“Yea, besides omma is probably having a great time lecturing Siwon and Kyuhyun right now,” he teased as he walked to the truck with his dad.

Kyu shook his head as Siwon asked for his help. His mother was squeezing him tightly as Kyu laughed at the scene.
“Omma, I’m going to be fine. I’m staying in the frat house with Hangeng hyung and Donghae hyung, plus with Kyu there it will be all good,” he assured and his mother fixed his hair for him.
“I know, it’s just that you’re my little boy no matter what,” she explained and he rolled his eyes.
“Omma, please,” he whined as he removed her hand from his face. He sighed seeing her eyes and soon the guilt rushed in. He hugged her again making her smile.
“I love you omma and I’ll be fine,” he repeated and she nodded as she let him go. Hangeng and Donghae walked out of the frat house.
“Alright freshman, let the games begin,” teased Hangeng as he rubbed his hands together. His mother looked at him.
“Take care of them Hangeng,” she warned and he nodded with a smile.
“I’m joking omma, you know I will watch out for them,” he said and she gave him a kiss. Hangeng and Donghae picked up Kyu and Siwon’s stuff and put it in their rooms. Siwon looked at his mom and then Kyu before clearing his throat.
“I’m going to make sure they don’t go through my stuff,” he covered and walked inside leaving Kyu and Mrs. Kim there alone. Kyu’s mother died during his birth and Mrs. Kim was the closest thing he had to a mother figure. They were close even if Kyu never liked to show emotion or how much he would miss her. She moved a piece of hair from his face as he looked down.
“Send me a schedule for your home games ok,” she asked and he nodded.
“Will you be at our first one here? I have a feeling I am going to be nervous, coach says if I do well in the off-season I will be a starter.” Mrs Kim smiled and nodded. He did as well and then walked away.
“Kyuhyun,” she called and he turned back to her. Before his pride could get in the way, he walked back to her and hugged her tightly causing her to smile.
“I’ll miss you,” he whispered and she nodded.
“I’ll miss you too. I always miss my little boys,” she smiled and he did too. Suddenly he heard a honking and a black car pull up in front of the frat house. Mrs. Kim glared as a man got out of it and then looked back at Kyu.
“You want me to stay,” she asked and he sighed.
“No, I better go talk to him alone. I’ll be ok,” he said bravely and Mrs. Kim watched for a minute before walking inside to check on the others. Kyu walked up to his father and shook his hand.

“Appa..” he said lowly and the man patted his shoulder.
“This is some campus, great team, Kyuhyun, great team. Before you know it, you’ll be the star of that team. Man I can’t wait to see you on ESPN. Think of it, my boy, on television.” Kyuhyun nodded.
“It will be great Appa, I won’t let you down,” he said and Mr Cho smiled, but then it faded as the silence grew. He cleared his throat.
“A lot of destruction around here, be careful, don’t want them to trap you like….”
“My mom trapped you right?” he smirked and Mr Cho gave him a look causing Kyu to cower down.
“That’s right you don’t want to be. You have a whole life of basketball and success ahead of you. Don’t screw it up Kyuhyun,” he warned and Kyu nodded looking down.
“I better go..” he said and then walked into the frat house. Mrs Kim walked up to him along with Siwon, Hangeng, and Donghae who were all smiling.
“Ok, I’ve checked out the place and I’m alright with it,” she nodded confidently and they all laughed.
“Omma, you do this each time you come up here,” teased Hangeng and she hugged all her boys.
“Your brother should be here soon, but I think he is staying in the dorms for some reason. Did you run out of rooms here,” she asked and Hangeng shook his head.
“You know Yesung dances to the beat of his own drum. He doesn’t believe in the whole fraternity thing,” he explained and his mother sighed then made eye contact with her oldest son.
“Make him comfortable here ok, you know he has been through some rough years,” she explained and Hangeng nodded.
“Omma, Don’t worry so much..” he laughed and she hugged all four of them.
“I better get on the road before your father gets here with Joongwoon. You know it is hard for me to say goodbye and I don’t want to have to do it with him again,” she informed. They all gave her a kiss and then watched as she left.
“Let’s get you guys settled in,” smiled Donghae.

Leeteuk pulled his car up in front of the Beta Sigma house later that day. he smiled as his little brother got out of the car.
“I can’t believe I am actually here, standing in front of the Beta Sigma house,” smiled Zhou Mi and Heechul and Leeteuk put their arms around him.
“Don’t you mean your house,” they smiled.
“This is so cool, I can’t wait to see Siwon,” he smiled thinking about how they were now freshman in college and new members of organizations.
“You are such a freshman,” laughed Heechul and Zhou Mi tap his shoulder.
“I like who I am thank you, besides being a freshman means I have four great years ahead of me,” he smiled and Heechul looked down.
“Yea until you become older and Siwon leaves you to go to graduate school,” he sighed and Zhou Mi gave him a sympathetic smile as they walked into the house.
“Look Chul you don’t know if he is going to Hanyang or not. He hasn’t said anything about it yet,” tried Leeteuk.
“Hangeng wants to go to medical school and Hanyang is a great school to get into. I am just going to miss him while I’m finishing my senior year here and he’s there. Damn why did I have to be a year younger than him,” he sighed.
“It hasn’t been a problem for the past five years.” Heechul rolled his eyes.
“High school is different from college Mimi. Graduate school is a big thing plus we don’t even know what will happen once we are out in the real world. I’m an English major and he’s Pre-med, I doubt our paths will coincide,” he said getting upset as Sungmin walked downstairs with a book in his hand.
“Uh oh, we must be talking about Geng,” he said with a sympathetic smile. he hugged Mimi to welcome him and then Heechul.
“Look I can’t pretend like I know what you are going through but I think you should just play it by ear. Hangeng loves you as mush as you love him and you have to believe that he will do what is best for the both of you,” assured Sungmin and Yesung nodded.
“Don’t worry Chul. Besides it is only the fall, Hangeng and you have the whole year to talk about that,” he agreed and they all smile at Chul before helping Mimi get settled in.

Later that night Yesung and his father were done putting his bags in his dorm room.
“It might have been easier if you were staying in the frat house. At least then the boys could have helped,” said Mr Kim and Yesung rolled his eyes.
“You know I don’t like conforming and being in a fraternity Appa. Come on, that’s so not my style,” he smirked.
“You have four brothers, who are great at sports, academics, and a social guy….tell me again why you are against frat houses? Especially since Hangeng is the leader, Joongwoon I don’t understand,” he said truthfully and Yesung sat down on his bed looking around his room.
“Appa, this place is great, my own space, no roommate, frat boys, loud music distracting me, this is what college is all about,” he informed and his shook his head.
“Whatever you say,” he smiled and Yesung gave him a hug.
“I’ll be fine, thanks for bringing me,” he smiled and his dad gave him a nod.
“I love you son, I’ll probably be back up here soon for Kyu’s first game,” he explained and Yesung nodded.
“See you then,” he added and closed the door as his father left. He looked around his room and fell on his bed exhausted. Moving and travelling the whole day was tiring. He was in a new school for his last two semesters and probably graduate school as well. Seoul National University had a great philosophy college so he knew going to graduate school there would be smart. He felt his eyes getting heavy and he soon fell asleep.
