I need advise. How long after someone gets fired should you wait before you say hey since you can't pay rent I'm kicking you out rather than trying to move away from you. You have about 2 weeks before I change the locks. I mean.. I don't want to be mean or insensitive.. but I really am tired of having his dual personality thing.. and I'm tired of

do what you think is best, people usually have 30 days from their apt or home after they are told they need to move out or they are evicted. .. You can tell him he has two weeks to get a job and pay rent and if he doesn't then he needs to leave and he can have two more weeks to get his things out. *hugs*
