my tongue is now perforated. it swells from time to time and i think that today i tasted pus, perhaps blood. i'm tending to it nicely though.

the power went out today in the library where i work. it was horrendous. people were desperately trying to infultrate the darkened edifice despite the signs we posted on the doors.

i ate sushi yesterday.
