Summary: Bunny!
It had taken Haga a few days to decide what to do with the money from his little deal with Kobayashi. After all, he had everything he needed. He turned his thought to the other members of the household, but couldn't think of anything he could get for either Shen or Croquet.
However, he realized that there was something he could get for Pegasus that he didn't already have.
And so it was that Haga called up Kimihiro to give him a ride to the pet store, as Haga knew he'd need help getting everything home and had still shown no inclination to learn to drive himself around.
For once, Haga bypassed his many-legged beauties to go look at something else - bunnies. The bunny tank was full of all kinds of bunnies, and Haga wasn't exactly sure how to pick one out. He automatically dismissed the pure white ones. Their red eyes creeped him out a little. Eventually Haga picked out a black bunny with a white splotch on it's nose and front paw, as if it'd been playing in paint. The fact that he thought of paint when he first saw it made him think that it was perfect to be an artist's bunny.
With Kimihiro's help, the bunny and the bunny supplies were purchased and loaded into the car, and they were off for home. When they arrived, Kimihiro agreed to wait to bring everything in until after Haga had sprung the surprise on Pegasus.
And so Haga slipped quietly into the house and up to Pegasus's room. He placed the bunny carrier on the bed and went searching for Pegasus. Grinning wickedly, the first thing out of Haga's mouth when he found Pegasus was, "Diabound is on your bed, doing naughty things with your pillows! You've totally gotta come see!"
