[Did the DR have this banquet hall before? Decked with boughs of holly, the room is host to a bevy of Christmastime delights! Carols waft from speakers in the walls, and a dance floor has been set up next to an archway hung with mistletoe. A log crackles away merrily in a fireplace, where if you look for a stocking with particular nickname on it...

Ah, hello!!

Mmm, hello. [And he gives her a bit of a scrutinizing look.] I guessed at it, but I supposed I should have known that you were Queens.
[This implies that he never actually looked at your tag. He prefers calling people by their real names, after all.]

[And she's making use of any table space to put down some stuff so she can separate a couple things for-
uh-
Oh. She looks down at her chest - did he see the tag because of it standing out on her red sweater (with giant snowflakes everywhere)?]
Ah-ha, sort of! I don't know what the Sleeping parts, about, but.
[Usual awkward fidget gets sound effects from one of her presents making a clatter.]

[And here he looks down, unzipping the orange jacket slightly so he can look through its inner pockets.]

[Does her face say she's got no clue what he's talking about? Because she's certainly thinking it.
So she's looking between him, and the packages with renewed interest, before settling back on him.]
Thanks but- I didn't put anything on a board.

[And Ara shrugs.]
Perhaps someone put a request up for you. It was definitely signed by "Sleeping Queens."
[And he hands her...some pieces of paper folded up? If she opens it, she'll find a long series of bulleted notes, done in a precise and neat hand. It reads:
These notes are merely hypothetical, as I can only guess at what types of Pokemon you have. But hopefully these should help with both the comfort and growth of your Pokemon.
I hope you have a room on the ground floor, because this is less a room and more of a stable, or a home, but if you don't, that can easily be remedied with a door to the outside and some steps, I expect.

Ah well- I don't know who would put that up...
[Except she has a good idea and would question the 'on-hand' suspect if she weren't accepting a baffling fold of papers.
And reads. And reads. And reads some more, because it takes some perusing to catch on to what the listing must have asked for, for this to be the answer. And then she's too busy wondering if the hotel would ever allow her to make something like this! She could move downstairs, sure, and maybe make a door connected if the DR will let her keep it outside. And she might even be considering making some 'play room' to attach between this and her bedroom because it sounds like Psychic-types and her would love the same activities and be able to bond over them (no surprise, how Jinx gets into her own board games and such).
But most of all. Ara's getting on big, baffled smile.]
You designed all this for me?
Reply
[Hey, if it let Ara make something like his Day Care, it should allow something to that effect, right? Meanwhile, to her response, Ara nods.]
Aah. Whenever it's possible to provide a good environment for Pokemon to grow, it's my job to design it as such, as a Breeder.
[Maybe not to that extent. But hey. He wanted to do it. And despite his reserved demeanor, it's easy to tell that, somehow.]

Yeah, but it's still extra important to me, since you're helping my team out.
[And she grins... Not noticing Goomba appearing behind her and popping off to play with a few babies he's made friends with before, digging holes as he goes like it's nothing. (Her world's silly pokeballs and their extra trouble holding onto things.)]
I would've gotten something bigger, if I knew you were helping me out again!

[And here, Ara is confused. Oh you and your inability to comprehend that maybe other people would want to give you presents.]
Reply
[Well, she puts down the tin box of various treats she brought (since she doesn't know what the various babies can or will eat), and hands over a red-wrapped package to Ara.
If he actually opens it, there's three black leather-bound notebooks in there, soft on the spine so they're easy to open, and dark blue ribbons attached to hold them closed and bookmark a page.]
I saw you do a lot of writing. Back at your place.

Ah. Thank you. It is a...habit, of mine.

And she'll presume the later, and smile back.]
Then I'm happy I could help with it! You do a lot to help out me, after all.
