Greetings, my fellow Dressonians. I know that these past few months have been quite hectic due to the recent vanishment of our former ruler Atem, who left this place in ruin and didn't bother to clean anything up, nor did he care enough to create an organized legal system. Therefore, as your current and first ever President, I present to you...

1. Whatever rides upon two wheels whilst playing card games is an enemy.
   
2. Whatever utilizes a Duel Disk, or standard playing card mat, is a friend.
   
3. No duelist shall wear bling.
   
4. No duelist shall be voiced by Dan Green.
   
5. No duelist shall drink alcohol while playing card games.
   
6. No duelist shall kill any other duelist, unless they lose a Shadow Game.
   
7. All duel monsters are created equal.
