The rosemary extract that I've been asked to make is being a little more challenging than I thought. Looks like I need to reconstitute dried rosemary a bit before putting it in the alcohol. The batch I have now has taken 3 times as much vodka than the recipe calls for and the dried rosemary has absorbed most of the liquid. Hmmmm.
