On names...

I've noticed that some people always make an effort to greet me by name when we walk past each other at work. I almost never do - and I wonder if that's my introverted side. Does using someones name make you seem more confident?

I do it if someone cant remember mine...this will make them feel guilty and learn it...

I get called someone elses name daily...
the receptionists name is Sharon and thats just too close...plus I am ALWAYS up here.
I get Heather (assistant manager),& Cindy (who is the weekend receptionist) but usually thats only when her name plaque is up on the counter still
