I want to scream, fortunately I have enough respect for others to not do so.

I have reason to believe I'm a hypochondriac.
Now that I think about it, it's not all that surprising, either. It stems from always trying to find something wrong with myself, fear that I'm not perfect. But who is? Nobody.
I just need to ram that into my brain, maybe I'll learn to get over myself.

My dream last night was extraordinarily vivid, so close to lucid that it was nearly smothering. I felt completely enveloped within it, but let things run their course as my subconscious playing a reel from an old movie.
