I'm back in the gym! I've been running with Migo in Gritty Grotto at the U of M. It's been good so far... I'm happy that I'm not making anymore excuses for not going to the gym. My aim is to lose a good 7 lbs...(the more the better... I'm saying 7 lbs. just as a lower goal) and to be healthy and strong.. to turn my fl(ab)s to some form of (ab)s.

You know what? Maybe it's because I'm high on coffee this morning, but I started thinking about running and proverbs... Remember the story about the hare and the tortoise? I wonder if the story was made up by a runner. "Slow and steady wins the race." Hehehe, I'm going to take my time and see how far I can go next time we run. I'm so close to breaking the 7km limit that I've had for the last 2 months.
