Okay, Star Trek Nerds:

Question:
Do any of you speak Ferengi well enough/have a star trek dictionary that can give me a direct Ferengi translation of: "The Great River"?

*squints out into the crowd*
I just know someone out there knows this...

I don't think Ferengi is well developed enough, the way Klingon is, but check this out:

this is what I am talking about, but I am actually looking for a direct Ferengi translation of the words, "The Great River", like, what would they call it in their own language?

We've really not heard enough spoken Ferengi to have any idea, iirc.

*tsk* bummer. But thanks, I definitely trust your judgement on all things Trek.
The Borg Experience was really fun, BTW! We didn't have time for the Klingon one, but maybe next time. The lines were OMG-long. we waited almost 2 hours to get in because about 45 minutes before we got there, they announced the "free-for-locals" thing on the evening news.
We wanted to go back in and look at the "history of the future" museum-ish part in more depth, but they were gonna make us wait in line again, and at that point we were like, "this is fun, but screw it." *lol* We'll probably go back some other time.
