So, word on the street is that Zac Efron is set to play Light in an American movie-form remake of Death Note.

My initial reaction:

WTF AMERICA. WTF.

Then, today, I was inspecting into the matter further and I've concluded that Zac Efron...looks like Light. It's a terrible realization considering how much time I have invested in hating Zac Efron ( Read more... )

You're SHITTING me, right? No, no, nah, no thanks. Not Zac Efron. He'll probably take a whole bunch of nude pictures of his girlfriend or paste them all over the camera. O.o No, not really, but SERIOUSLY. I don't think so. I don't think he's into smexing L (or the actor...coughDARNcough). And he looks like he's made of plastic. I bet he's a robot, set to dominate the minds of preteen girls and control the population, ten years from now.

And his fangirl reaction will be HILARIOUS! XD I would LOVE to see that!

Ah not kidding. D: I wish I were. And ha! He does look like he's made of plastic, that's a good way describing it! His skin is so -- artificial and shiny. He looks like a Ken doll. No...not Ken...who's Barbie's new hip boyfriend? Blaine? He looks like Blaine. XD I think it's the hair that makes me say he looks like Light -- because you have to admit, their hair is like identical. That's easy to fix on anyone else anyway but still. I AM HOPING THAT HE DOES NOT SUCK IT UP ( ... )

Lol! Yeah, UTK2 is definitley worth the play. The gameplay is quite great...not all of the operations are GUILT extractions like SO. Not only that, but the story is boatloaded with angst at one part...Ah, I don't want to give it away! XD

Yeah, I'm super psyched for the new Harvest Moon. I've been playing DS Cute a lot this summer...I mean, like ass-glued-to-the-couch sessions. I just hate those damn Harvest Sprites, though. I got lucky on a few of those, I tell ya. :D

You're so lucky you have the GBA version...is it More Friends of Mineral Town? Because I've been looking for it forever! :3
