There are so many lovely prompts with Wally being of supernatural origins recently, and I love them all.

More please?

I don't care if you make him a Werewolf, Fae, Psychic, Wizard (or Squib, again, like that other prompt which is just making me sqee), Timelord (lol not supernatural AT ALL), anthropomorphic representation of a universal constant, whatever. Anything goes.
But if you do psychic you have to have him bitching about stupid new-agers.

I AM PREPARED TO BRIBE FILLERS WITH FANART OF THEIR CHOOSING.

Robin: You sound like you should be walking around with an old man cane.
Wally:(stares at him, before hitting him with old man cane) Shaddup.

Like that? XD

Not quite. XD There's this weird "New Age Spirituality" movement, and whenever I run into anything about psychics, I just see them bitching about how dumb new-agers are. Basically they're... mystical hippies? I don't even know. But I think the whole thing is hilarious, sooo... yeah. xD;

I think the general belief is that they buy into "lies" and "stereotypes" about psychics, like charms and candles and crystal balls and other things.

(*trying not to go all skeptic on this, but for the sake of the prompt I am going to pretend I believe in psychics*)

There's actually a fill on here with the team as supernatural hunters (like from the aptly named show), where Wally is a werewolf. Want me to find the link for you? o:

AN: While you had me at "fae" (I've literally done two of those prompts today), I WILL DO ANYTHING FOR FANARTS. :D This is also kind of a mini-fill, because it's LATE and my back hurts.

"Why the fuck are we even here?" Wally complains loudly, and several darkly-dressed people turn to glare at them. Dick smiles at them nervously as he shoves Wally behind a tall bookshelf.

"Shut up," Dick hisses, and Wally rolls his eyes and plucks Tarot cards off the nearby shelf, flipping one, then another, then another off the top of the deck. Then he huffs and throws them back on the shelf.

"What vague bullcrap. Lightning-struck towers could apply to anything, even the fact that you left your wallet at home." Dick blinks, patting all his pockets.

"What the hell, I thought I had-" Wally rolls his eyes again and stalks between bookshelves, picking things up at random and trying to test them out.

"Seriously, this is crap," Wally hisses, ignoring the glares he's getting from the patrons, "can we leave yet?" Dick sighs ( ... )

So… This is where my brain went reading this prompt. Sorry if it’s not to your liking OP. ^^;

Also, I know there’s already a Kaldur fill that is similar to this. It was kind of inspirationy for me. (>_>);

Also… Wally’s not exactly “inhuman”, but he’s descended from a non-human entity… Does that count…?

The gift comes from his grandmother, a package left to Wally in her last will and testament for his eyes, and his eyes alone. She was an odd one, people said. Odd, and unnerving, talking to the sea and spending far too much times up on the cliff just watching the waves as they crashed against the rocks.

And she had left the package not to any of her children, but to her only grandchild: Wally West.

The package came wrapped in a box that was wrapped with brown paper, and there was a letter attached to the outside of it. The letter was simple:

Dear Wallace,
You are the only one young enough to enjoy this.
Keep it hidden, keep it safe.
Love,
MuirinInside the box was a mass of brown fur ( ... )

Wally left a note on his bedspread, and ran to a beach he had seen once in New York while on a mission. The last time he had been there, it had seemed desolate, and even Robin hadn’t thought the beach important enough to bug just in case.

He still checked the beach for any sort of surveillance, though. You couldn’t be too careful when you knew Bats.

Once he was sure that the beach was empty (because if any of his friends knew what he was about to do, they would never let up the teasing.

This is stupid this is stupid this is stupid the rational part of his brain said.

Think of it as a test of faith the Kent Nelson part of his brain said. Or Kid, think of it as a science experiment.

Science experiment. He could do that. Carefully stripping off the non-descript shirt and pants he had worn instead of his normal Kid Flash uniform, and putting his shoes on top of that, he moved towards the water in only his briefs. (He refused to go in nude). The water was cold, freezing him into his bones and he shook (not vibrated, shook) as he ( ... )

Wally’s head felt fuzzy, and he blinked at the waves in confusion. The waves were much higher, all of a sudden. Or he was much shorter. He wanted to yell at himself, to complain that it wasn’t possible, that it wasn’t scientific, but all that he felt was a vague fuzzy mellowness that made it hard to concentrate on his anger and disbelief.

He was a seal. Frak.

(But being a seal was nice, and warm, and comfortable like a big comfy blanket you wore in the winter when it was hell outside, but you were alright.)

He waddled out clumsily into the waves, pushing against way they tried to keep him at the shore until he was deep enough to properly swim.

Being in the water as a seal was different from being in the water as a human. Wally wondered if Kaldur felt like that when he swam, so free like he was flying. Time ran differently underwater, and he didn’t feel speeded up (did he even have super speed as a seal?

“I really need to get back to shore” the human part of his brain said.

“Why now?” The seal part of his brain said. “Do it ( ... )
