Five morale-booster exercises Aqualad tried to improve team cohesion (and one that actually worked).

("Kaldur, making us play Monopoly together isn't going to bring us closer, it's going to make us kill each other.")

1: Rope ExercisesAs the team leader Kaldur felt it was his responsibility to promote team bonding. So he took to the internet looking for ideas. Apparently it was common for companies to send their employees to rope courses to improve cohesion ( ... )

I stole the monopoly line. It was just too perfect.

4: Monopoly

Kaldur walked into the living room area with the board game in hand.

“No! No, no, no, no.”

“It’s just a game”, Megan stated in blissful ignorance.

“Monopoly, right?”

Superboy said, remembering it from the genomorphs. Why they needed to implant knowledge of a board game he had no idea.

“Seems fun.”

Wally, Artemis, and Robin glanced at each other. Clearly they were the only ones that understood.

"Kaldur”, Robin started, “Trust us on this.”

Artemis continued, “Making us play Monopoly together isn't going to bring us closer.”

“It's going to make us kill each other”, Wally finished.

Kaldur sighed in defeat. He trusted Robin’s judgment, plus Wally and Artemis actually agreed. That meant the game had to be a terrible idea.

5: PicnicIt was his best idea yet. While they hadn’t done it for team bonding, the beach day had brought those there closer. So why not have another one with the whole team present? The only problem was that it was too chilly for everyone ( ... )

6: Zombie Murder MysteryKaldur didn’t consider himself a creative person, but this was a stroke of brilliance. Ultimately he put the inspiration down to the fight on movie night ( ... )

Oh my god, ohmygod, ohmygod. I LOVE YOU ANON. This. This has just made my life explode in PURE JOY. ZOMBIE MYSTERY. ZOMBIE MYSTERY! FIrst off I am SO going to play this with all my friends ASAP. Second, I love you for thinking of this (and linking it back to the movie night part, very nice tie-in). Third, I love you. Forth, I love that this is one of the sweetest, best, pretty much the only giant team bonding fic of this sort out there! Honestly, this just made me so utterly happy. Now I'm in dire need of more team bonding fics. Like whoa.

*bookmarks fic for life*

I think the first anon who replied pretty much summed up exactly what I'm feeling.

But nevertheless. ZOMBIE MYSTERY!! It's so brilliantly epic!! <33 Just... everything! It's adorable and cute, and Damn, Megan has a serious oero addiction.

*snickers* Monopoly

I love you. <333
