The problem with this is that every single person on the team is also evil. Each one thinks they're the only evil one on the team. Each one thinks the rest are a bunch of oblivious heroes.
Each one thinks he/she is a cunningly disguised Manipulative Bastard.
M'gann might be the only exception to the "clueless" thing, since she has no moral objections to just reading the others' thoughts without their knowledge or consent.
So. Evil Young Justice. That everyone else thinks is good. (Roy is his normal, unsubtle self, though.)
Bonus: Some/all of the mentors are genuine heroes and good people, and they don't know the kids are evil.
Superbonus: The bonus is pulled off without invoking Good is Dumb.

The team sat in stunned silence as M'gann finished explaining what she had figured by --apparently-- reading their minds when she was bored.
After several seconds of tension as everyone absorbed the implications, Wally threw his hands up into the air. "You mean we could have been robbing banks the whole time? Dammit!"
Artemis looked at him, eyebrow raised.
"That's your first thought? Seriously?"
"What. Do you have any better suggestions?" Kid Flash crossed his arms, the very picture of offended genius.
Artemis grinned.
