I really want to see something cute and fluffy.
So Wally is 25 and is the Flash and has been dating Artemis for a while, so he's ready to pop the question. First he goes to Green Arrow and Red Arrow, the father and brother, who give their permission.
Now Wally has to hunt down the Sportsmaster, I don't really care what happens here, maybe Wally hunts him down and asks him while they're fighting? When Wally's loading him up into the squad car can he ask, "So is that a yes?"

I want the proposal to be cute with lots and lots of snark <3
but i'm leaving it up to anon on what goes on.

Bonus if he asks Robin to be his Best Man XD

There was a clash of wills for a moment, even with Wally staring pensively at the floor. He made a move, feint left, shift right and-- No she'd blocked him once more, and he barely stopped himself, a hair's breadth away from pressing into her body.

Shooting him a stern gaze, she once again repeated, "Occupied."

Briefly, he contemplated pushing past her but then there would be bad touching and whoa-hey-there those were a nice set of legs- no feet, he meant feet, he certainly wasn't checking out other women, no sir, because he was going to be a married man soon (fingers crossed) and married men didn't--

That reminded him. The whole reason he came here was to ask Roy. "Roy!" he shouted. "Roy! Roy! Roy! Are you hearing this? Hey, because this is very important and you--"

"You can marry her already!" Roy's voice boomed. "Marry her, reproduce, have wild, wild newlywed sex, I don't care! Get a nice house with picket fences, a dog and your 2.4 children. Be swingers! I don't care just get get out of here!Wally did
