Superboy, Superman, and Robin react. Aside from Robin, and possibly Kid Flash, YJ doesn't know Bruce Wayne is Batman.
Up to anon how and why this happened. Maybe Wayne was protecting Superboy's secret identity. Maybe it was a kryptonite bullet. Pairings or Gen are up to anon, though I'd prefer it if it was NOT a mentor/sidekick pairing.
I await the glory. :)

The team was being recognized for their achievements -
and there was Clark Kent as Superman talking to an elated Superboy.
All of Young Justice was happy, proud.
Sure, Batman had to “go on a mission” on their day of congratulations but…
Bruce Wayne was there, smiling, congratulating, talking (though, his teeth were slightly clenched, muscles a bit tense, and smile a little strained - he still wasn’t used to having others in Gotham, and really, neither was Robin).
But, yes. It was supposed to be a happy event.
Until smoke started to rise from the walls and all of a sudden Superman was down on his knees, people were screaming and -
BAM!
Bruce Wayne was down. Shot by a bullet covered in Kryptonite, aimed to a shocked still Superboy.
“…Dad.”
And then… they were going to pay.
Smoke stung his eyes, but he wasn’t Dick Grayson, he was Robin with all the rage and horror and nononononoyoucan’tbedead, NO.
“I’ll kill you.”
And a roar escapes in protest - from who? They deserved it. No one hurts ( ... )

Robin wonders when he started screaming.
Richard Grayson wonders when the tears will stop.
And the little boy inside him hopes and hopes and hopes and hopes that that blood will just go away. That Bruce Wayne is alive. That somehow…
And Robin is still screaming, his mask is still clinging to his face even though his hands are trying to claw upwards, to pull it away and let Dick Grayson run to his father and weep and demand he wake up.
Because he wants to be selfish, he doesn’t want to be a hero right now -
No.
NO!
He can’t understand.
He’s being pulled away from Batman, his partner! FROM BRUCE! FROM HIS DAD!
He can’t understand but, he’s struggling.
He’s screaming.
…this was supposed to be a happy event.
