In celebration of my most favorite frightful holiday, I'm prompting the Buffy The Vampire Slayer "Halloween" themed fic in which all but one of the characters turns into whatever costume they're wearing for the night of Halloween (so if one of the characters dresses up as a pirate or something, they become a pirate and genuinely think they're a pirate.) And I'm not just talking about our main characters, but all of the civilians who dressed up too.

Anon can decide on what costume each character dresses up as (though I feel it'd be more fun if none of those costumes were of superheroes, known or otherwise).

Bonus: Wally is the one who doesn't turn into his costume, and for the whole night, on top of trying to keep his teammates from causing chaos, he keeps trying to explain to himself how this is scientifically possible and is *not* the result of 'magic.'

Double Bonus: Members of the League end up turning into their costumes too.

I am very much appropriating this prompt and would like to know if it is acceptable for characters from TV shows or movies (only a few and only for comedy) to appear or just go completely generic?

Do you mean like cameos of characters from other series? OP is fine with that as long as the cameo characters don't completely pull the focus away from our YJ characters. :)

At least one will be played for laughs as said YJ "looks nothing like," but other than that it'll mostly be costume chaos.

OP is SO happy with this fill so far! (and apologizes for not responding sooner. This meme moves too fast for me to keep up with) I love the costume choices you've made so far, and I'm having so much fun picturing them all dressed as they are (nice touch with the Grey Ghost part). This seriously brightened up my Halloween (which was dull and uneventful otherwise).

Keep up the great work, and I can't wait to see what you come up with next! :D

As it turned out, it wasn’t very hard to find M’gann and Connor. They were near the balcony before everything had gone pear-shaped and that was exactly where Wally and Artemis found them. And, just as with everyone else, they’d become their costumes ( ... )

I love how nonchalant the League is about this. It's just another regular night for them.

Did Robin go as Batman? Because that would be the most useful thing ever.

Robin did not go as Batman, though, when you do find out what he went as, it'll make perfect sense.
