I’m not sure if this is what you meant, OP, as I don’t know if you meant that “Superman’s a clone, and everyone knows” or “Superman’s a clone, and no one knows but him.” I went with the latter option, I hope that’s okay.
Super!clone is ‘he’ or ‘him’. Original!Superman is ‘he’ or ‘him’.
Superman-
No.
Clark Kent-
No.
Who?
Who is he?

That was the worst part about it all, the he knew that he wasn’t really Superman. He had all his powers, all his memories, everything- including the knowledge that he has been created, he was a fake. It was like being in an endless nightmare, looking in the mirror, and taking off the mask you see only for there to be another mask and another.
And the knowledge that below the masks was something hollow.
He couldn’t stand it sometimes. Talking with his friends, doing his jobs, saying hello to his mother…
Genetically speaking, she was his mother as well as his, but other than that…? He had his memories, when he had fallen over, and hadn’t been hurt (the first clue), and his mother had kissed the spot where an injury should be anyway, the day his father trusted that he had enough control that he could learn how to milk a cow without hurting her, his first day of school, first kiss, first steps… All of it his and in his own ( ... )

Yeah, whether people knew or didn't know didn't occur to me until after others started discussing it. I didn't want to say something to step on someone's imagination if they'd been bit by the prompt . . .
tl;dr I AM SO HAPPY. IT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME.
I love how you employed italics for Clark!Superman. And I know there's been a Christopher in canon, but with Christopher and Brandon mentioned as possible names I was totally thinking Reeve and Routh.
The contrast between the happiness of the childhood memories and the knowledge they're not real . . . you gutted me, writer anon.
Er, much love, sorry I'm rambling.

I'm so glad the italics made sense, and weren't just a big pile of WTF? I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out, so... ^^;
Actually, tbh, the Christopher and Brandon thing was a total conicidence... I couldn't think of any other 'C' boy's names, or any 'B' boy names besides 'Bartholemew', which I think the Flash family has dibs on. ^_~
I'm just really glad you liked it. ♥
