Wally is a better candidate, but if their stats are to be trusted, he's the second-most intelligent member of Young Justice, just a smidge below Robin.

So Superboy. Whose stats claim he's the least intelligent member.

Or Artemis. Because Artemis and Robin friendship/banter is win.

He ignores the chill of the cool night that penetrates the layer of his cape and his tunic. He focuses on the brackish water flowing through the split pipe beneath the cement floor.

"All clear," Robin says, touching the communicator in his ear. From across the room, Superboy holds out a hand to empty space. A second later, Kid Flash deposits a length of sturdy rope into the clone's hand. The two proceed to tie up the Arkham guards.

M'Gann appears floating, predictably, near Superboy and lifting unconscious bodies closer to him to be helpful. Superboy's hard expression softens slightly at her tactics and murmurs, "Thanks," before getting back to binding up the thugs.

Artemis drops in on a grapple line, landing heavily in her thick combat boots. "So, what's the problem?"

Robin's typing up a storm on his wrist console, analyzing a sample of the water onscreen. He frowns for a moment, then looks at her. "They've been dumping chemicals in the water mains. For weeksArtemis matches his frown, looking at the water rushing through the
