Perched on the window ledge was a tiny blonde girl, who was wearing a purple hoodie with a Batman logo on it, jeans, a domino mask, and those ridiculous Robin Converse shoes that Robin had been laughing about for the past week.
“Who are you?” Artemis demanded, grateful that she had changed out of her costume before entering her room.
“I’m Ladybird,” the kid said, tilting her head to one side, lenses of her mask wide as she took in her fellow blonde. “Robin’s sister.”

“Hey Artemis, nice back flip!” Robin said, during training. “Didn’t know you took gymnastics!”
“I don’t,” Artemis said, fiddling with the tie on her ponytail, which was coming lose again. “Ladybird taught me.”
Robin, Wally and Conner looked at her, wide-eyed. “When’d you meet Ladybird?” Robin demanded, voice slightly panicky.
“Ages ago,” Artemis said flippantly. “You didn’t know?”
Wally turned on Robin. “Dude! That’s where she learned poker!”
Robin looked upset. “Artemis! Don’t corrupt my baby-sister!”

I really loved that the boys had no idea Steph was running around making friends with their teammate. That was possibly my favorite part, if in fact it's possible to have a favorite part. Ee! I'm so happy. Thank you for sharing!

I loved that bit as well. I kind of wish I'd figured out how to do more with the boys, but it just didn't work.
