I am REALLY, REALLY SORRY about taking so long, guys, and about not being around much recently. I've been busier than I have in a while, and it just kept slipping my mind between uni applications and volunteering and all sorts- for some reason I thought we were much further off a new post.

Roy Harper does not like kids

Someone from/working for the Light finds out Captain Marvel's secret identity and puts a hit out on Billy Batson. The Team can't intervene without revealing Billy's identity to the Justice League, so one of them secretly goes to Red Arrow and begs him to be Billy's secret bodyguard. And Roy is like 'wtf who is this kid seriously you guys no way I have better things to do with my time' but then he does it anyway because he secretly loves the Team so much yes he does

BONUS: If Billy is all like 'w/e you guys I can totally handle myself, I got this,' so the Team has to go to Roy behind his back.

DOUBLE BONUS: If Batman does know about Billy's identity and somehow lets the Team (or Roy) know he approves of their actions without being direct about it.

OR, Alternative prompt: Captain Marvel suddenly disappears one day. While the League is busy investigating with no success, unable to find any leads, someone from the Team commissions Roy to go out and hunt down some random missing 10-year-old from Fawcett City...

Secooooooooooooonnndd!

I really like the idea of the alternative prompt, but why would Roy be looking for a missing kid from Fawcett City when that city has its own hero? He may be MIA for now, but Roy is supposed to be vigilant in his own city. Hmm. Technicalities...
