I am REALLY, REALLY SORRY about taking so long, guys, and about not being around much recently. I've been busier than I have in a while, and it just kept slipping my mind between uni applications and volunteering and all sorts- for some reason I thought we were much further off a new post.

Hmm, I wonder if dunking Robin in a lazarus pit would work
. It can revive the dead, but I'm not sure it would cure the disease they died with

If you're using the Lazarus Pit idea, he wouldn't necessarily have to die. You could make it a-la Under the Red Hood, where Ra's and/or Talia stepped in to help Robin. Tim may be Ra's favorite Robin, but everyone had a seriously soft spot for Dick. Ra's enjoyed his intelligence, and I remember he used to flirt with Talia in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and Talia was fond of him. Besides, she could do for Dick what she did for Jason - because she loves Bruce.

Hmm, I'll definitely note this. After some research, in some tellings, Victor actually does get access to a Lazarus pit which cures his wife...sorta. It also had the side effect of turning her into a super villain, but I'll accredit it to the fact that the pit was tampered with to make it reusable or something.
Hopefully pits won't be needed though since I'm sure in some version or another, a cure was found for Nora (but then Mister Freeze still went on being destructive because all he had left of his body was his head and they really couldn't be together).

I didn't know any of that. While I'm more of a Batman enthusiast, Mr. Freeze is the Batman villain I know the least about, which is why this prompt is all the more interesting to me. Awesome to know you're doing research. That means you're going to start writing soon!

I just started becoming a Batman enthusiast recently (Dick Grayson and Young Justice totally brought me into the fandom), but wikipedia is doing wonders on filling me in.
There's definitely a lot of research being done and much medical BSery being made in my head, but I've also written out an outline and hope to deliver something in a week or two...although my spring break is about to end and I will mourn it with a bonfire of unfinished homework v__v

I was actually just a Dick Grayson and solo!Batman enthusiast (which led to me discovering Dick's first replacement, his ultimate fanboy, and his little demon-child who's not really his but close enough, and of course most of the villains) until this meme, where I discovered the girls of the family. I basically discover a new Batman character on this meme, then go find as many comics as I can to stock up on knowledge about him/her. Wikipedia is a wonder we cannot live without.

Btw, is there any pairings that you want/don't want? Or any character(s) in particular you want to see interaction with? Of course, any romance would really be a side thing compared to the main focus of the prompt and I won't guarantee anything, but I wouldn't mind trying to work it in while the fic is still in the outline stages

Well the only pairing that I really ship in this verse is the Batman/Robin, but I also love them as a family. I don't mind most other pairings but unless you'd like to play the Bruce/Dick thing (Which I'm completely fine if you don't wanna write that, that is what the Slash Anon forum is for)I'd rather not see Dick with anyone just because I have a hard time seeing him with anyone else at this point in his life, he just doesn't seem close enough to them.
But besides that note I'm fine with anything else.

“Robin, a word.” Batman’s voice is low, but as commanding in presence as ever. The younger heros look to him curiously, expecting an explanation for whisking away a teammate so soon, but Batman offers none and instead starts walking towards the Zeta beam.
The team look back at Robin, only to find him missing from his former location. A giggle catches their attention once more - Robin has already slid right next to Batman’s side. He turns his head backwards and gave a casual wave, “Nice meeting you Miss M, seeya!”
“Recognized, Batman, 02. Recognized, Robin, B01.”
M’gann tilts her head at the empty zeta tube. “I wonder what’s wrong…”
Wally drapes an arm casually around her shoulder. “Don’t sweat it babe, it’s just bat stuff. They always do that.”
