Prompt Post - Part Ten

Mar 11, 2012 17:03

I am REALLY, REALLY SORRY about taking so long, guys, and about not being around much recently. I've been busier than I have in a while, and it just kept slipping my mind between uni applications and volunteering and all sorts- for some reason I thought we were much further off a new post.

If there is anything I haven't responded to, as of now, I'm ( Read more... )

Whoa, heavy. Wally's personality will make his villainious activities drive him insane. But, at least he has Robin to help him out of his guilt-induced coma. Hope Wally doesn't try to downplay his hunger as a means of stealing less stuff (because if he doesn't eat enough, he could literally starve to death ( ... )

OP here!

Yeah, I was actually thinking that..Since Gotham IS Batman's hometown, but I don't know..Gotham just seemed like the city where it would happen, lost of innocence and all that jazz.

Haha. Yeah, I like my bonuses too! This idea just hit me today and I just had to get it out here.

Well, that part is up to the anon, but I honestly think the team will try to convince them to go back because they really do care. I forgot to add that in! :(

Yeah, me too! Honestly, I was thinking of writing it out myself at first, but I'm hoping that someone else will be willing to give it a try.

Possible Filler here anonymous March 19 2012, 15:50:12 UTC
I actually have some ideas brewing for this, but I'm participating in a writing challenge for another fandom this week, so it'll be that long until I can start writing.

However, I want to throw my own two cents in concerning the place of hiding the boys choose.

In some continuities, Hub City (the city the Question used to frequent) is stated to be even worse than Gotham in terms of dingy hotels, lost innocense and sense of hopelessness.

So if I were to write this, I'd like to use Hub City and Question. Would that be fine?

Not OP, but filler!anon, do it! I will totally be cheering you on. And waiting a week is totally fine, especially considering that the YJ-anon-meme is having an unofficial fillathon here ( http://yj-tracker.livejournal.com/1297.html ) in a little over a week

Dude, QUESTION. YES. I just finished watching JLU and he's wormed his way into my heart. I also personally think that if they were in Gotham, it would be VERY easy for Bruce to find Dick. Or Bruce would at the very least call a search and Richard Grayson's face is well known in Gotham so it'd be even more risky to stay there

OP here.

That would be completely fine. It doesn't really matter which city as long as it gave off this seedy, dangerous feeling.

I thank you for considering! : ) Please take your time.

Sorry if this starts off a bit confusing, I’m experimenting with an anachronic narrative. When Dick rode his bike to the west side of Gotham, the transreceiver he had taken from the Cave began to respond. Of course, the main terminal had located the target to the city, so Dick had known where to head with the still-unresponsive short-distance receiver ( ... )

"Doesn't mean I'm not able to do both," Dick pointed out before turning back to what he'd been doing. "Besides, this is actually a lesser crime." He shot his friend a look over his shoulder. "If you're feeling well enough to criticise me bring my bag from my bike and get in the car." Dick turned back to his work, unlocking the door on the opposite side of the car and not bothering to check if Wally followed his order. He knew without a doubt that when it came down to it, when he was serious about something, Wally wouldn't fight him or question him ( ... )
