I am REALLY, REALLY SORRY about taking so long, guys, and about not being around much recently. I've been busier than I have in a while, and it just kept slipping my mind between uni applications and volunteering and all sorts- for some reason I thought we were much further off a new post.

Things were looking bad for Young Justice. One, they were off the grid. Two, communications were down. Three, they were completely surrounded by ninjas from the League of Assassins.
The military had a slang term for this situation and Superboy never thought he'd see the day he used it (or anything from the War Slang dictionaries he has downloaded into his brain) to describe their situation, but, in this case, total goat fuck on ice was certainly applicable.
Just as they were about to delegate some form plan of attack that might not get them killed, a woman in green and black emerged from one of the other rooms. She had the most intense green eyes and stared down at them as if they were beneath her. At least, that is, until she spotted Robin. Then, she gracefully strolled towards them, the ninjas bowing and parting to make way for her. She then took a piece of paper covered in red marks from her utility belt and handed it to Robin, giving him a stern look ( ... )

Beautiful! I love how both Talia and him were just completely serious about the whole situation as if it happens on a regular basis.
