I am REALLY, REALLY SORRY about taking so long, guys, and about not being around much recently. I've been busier than I have in a while, and it just kept slipping my mind between uni applications and volunteering and all sorts- for some reason I thought we were much further off a new post.

Why is Fem!Dick called Penny? It's to do with other words for the literal meaning of 'Dick'. Also I think it's funny and I simply like the name more than others derived from Dick and/or Richard. So Penny it is.

Penny spotted Wally from across the room, flushed, then looked away. And then berated herself for flushing at all, he hadn't even been looking and besides they'd been best friends for years, there was no reason to get all fluttery and girly now

But the fact was, well, she was. Girly. And fluttery. Penny had completely loathed puberty. She was well educated on the subject, thanks to a very scarring talk (Thanks, Batman! Exactly what I wanted for my tenth birthday! Glad you noticed!) but that didn't mean it hadn't been weird. Also she'd been suspended from crime fighting.
