I am REALLY, REALLY SORRY about taking so long, guys, and about not being around much recently. I've been busier than I have in a while, and it just kept slipping my mind between uni applications and volunteering and all sorts- for some reason I thought we were much further off a new post.
If there is anything I haven't responded to, as of now, I'm

And with Robin's 'no kill' policy (Dick Grayson is repeatedly shown to be fighting the good fight only for the sake of justice, no personal motives like revenge or proving to himself he can do good, or even because he can and so he should), this seems a very logical thing for him to do.
Third. Because Dick Grayson is an excellent leader, and Robin is growing into one.

Also I just sort of think it'd be funny if the two of them watched all the heartfelt reunions going on around them, shrugged, then went off to share a beer or something
and then they walk by Zatanna crying and it's awkward oops

If Bruce felt anything at all, which he probably did, the pain at the thought of losing Dick would have terrified him and caused him to distance himself from Dick as much as possible, because he does not know HOW to deal with emotions like that. He'd rather avoid Robin and keep himself detached so he won't have to feel the pain of loss...again ( ... )

I mean yeah I can see where you're coming from, and Bruce definitely has his ways of showing Robin he cares, but I saw it as more like a trust thing in this particular instance, not a repression one
They weren't all that worried about being separated because they each knew that the other could handle themselves in a crisis, and they had every confidence that they would fix the situation and see each other again soon enough
So it wasn't a big deal when they got reunited because they never doubted it was going to happen

"Rob. Hey. Welcome back, dude."
Robin let a small groan escape his lips. "How long've I been out? The sun's set..." His voice wavered and faded off at Wally's silence.
"Rob?" And the speedster's voice was strained. "It's still freaking midday."
The implications of the statement sunk in slow and painfully.
"You... can't see me, can you?"

So, Roy's got no choice now but to take care of the fish. He's had it for a couple of nights, but then one night it turns into a very exotic person.
Said person says his name is Kaldur'ahm and he'll be living with him from that day on.
Roy is so not amused.
Bonus: Dick knows what kind of Fish that Wally gave to Roy.
Double Bonus: It is traditional for said Fish-people to marry their owners.
Triple: Roy has a girlfriend (random unnamed if you like)
