I need some Superman-Superboy interaction like burning. Awkward and angsty and sweet and maybe with a side of identity-type stuff? (Seriously there is a page in the tie in comic where he's all '...I don't HAVE a name'. pfffff)

It's "status reports" that bring the senior members of the Justice League to Mount Justice, and doubles as a way to catch up on their growth as heroes and a team. While each of the mentors find their students ("sidekicks"), Superboy can't help but debate with himself on whether Superman will show. It's a cynical thought but it's been nearly two months since the team went active and the legendary superhero still can't have a normal conversation with his own student without suddenly leaving ( ... )

Ok, this one needs a little explaining.

In the comic Robin: Year One, early on in his career as Robin, he (to simplify things) got the shit kicked out of him by Two Face. Nearly died. Bruce responded by... firing him. To protect him, but in his socially stunted way, which ended with Dick running away because he figured without a partner, Bruce didn't need him as a son.

Young Justice will apparently deal with Dick's age and vulnerability at some point.

So I'd love to see a fic where Dick is very badly injured... and is all 'no I'll get fired!', and the team reacting to this ridiculousness. I mean, he did give that whole batman would have been unimpressed moment... I figure his priorities seem a bit screwy.
