so i got back to new york from seeing my mom in indiana at around 9:30 am (there was a wreck on the upper level of the GW). i went straight to bank of amerika to contest some outrageous fees...long story short: i have to fax them my mother's medical records and im switching to WaMu or bank leumi (לאומי) first thing monday morning
