Yeah, their statement said they just got bought out by Shentel, which has been my cousin Scott's ISP for about 2 or 3 years now in Front Royal, VA... They seem like a good company...

I guess I'm just spooked about it by the horror stories... and I think I might ask the campus lawyer if there is anything I can do about this.

Yea, NTC definitely has its issues. They are not as bad as they were a few years ago though, which is when most of the horror stories originated. :)
