Oh wow, they look pretty good and authentic. Actually you could have probebly left the top 'open' a little to simulate those dim sum ones!

mix of high and low gluten wheat flour i think... but hor but hor! the best bao must use LOW GLUTEN flour and liberal dose of rising agent then will be fluffy ok, ladies!?

And i am stuck in mongolia now. it is sunday. life sucks.
