I really meant to support Wales, as the underdogs, but apparently my heart is all for Italy, in spite of last week! Nice last second try, though, to make the score respectable.

I don't mind too much what happens next, as long as I get some enjoyment out of it. Here's hoping...

My sister accused me earlier of jinxing Scotland, and I think I may just have jinxed Ireland. Well, that was a nice match - never any real nerve-wracking doubt, but always competitive. Not that I wouldn't have taken any win, of course!

No, couldn't call that an anticlimax (except maybe the very end, waiting for the decision). Worn out now from all the tension!
