I got a squee, I'm so so glad!! :o I'm extremely happy that you thought it was good and even a little plotty (I'm mainly hoping that when everything is revealed the readers aren't like "oh, this was so obvious...boring!" *shoots wall*) and I hope you'll like the next part as well.

It means a lot to me that you'd take the time to review every part, thank you *so* much, you're awesome!

I did wonder whether I had made it too obvious :D are you a fan of canon as well? If so, it'd be interesting to see if a non-canon fan guessed as easily as you did. Glad to hear it was fun anyway.
I'm a (veryyy) lazy reviewer as well, so it means a lot that you'd take time to comment *every time*, it's extremely flattering!
Thank you so much again for the two awesome comments <3

Wow what a great compliment!! I'm overjoyed that you thought my references to the show weren't totally obvious and jarring and the fact that you see "nuances" in my work is extremely flattering!
Thanks a thousand times for the awesome comment, I'll try and update as soon as possible <3

oh, this is so wonderful. FINALLY. i get to read a new chapter!
this is so totally thrilling. and lively)
and yes, all these little ways you twist the original facts in your story - half-expected, but actually totally UNexpected (in a good way))

and i was almost sure mycroft is going to tell sherlock how he's not yet convinced with john staying. that royal bitch, god knows, i love him)
and the "recognition" part was a great touch)

thank you for writing it)

and sorry for intruding into your lj x)

What do you mean, intruding? :D Please, intrude away, I love it!! Actually, considering nobody I know IRL uses LJ, the only persons there are my online readers and friends and I'd be honoured to count you amongst them.

Thank you so much for the lovely (and long!!) comment! I'm really glad that you liked this chapter as well and that I sometimes managed to surprise you.

Yeah Mycroft is a bit of a bastard here :D but you have to understand him, he hadn't seen Sherlock all worried about poisoned!John so he needed proof that his little bro was indeed changing ;)
I'm glad you thought the insecurities Mycroft creates in Sherlock have a credible basis - I just figured that if John wasn't officially dubbed as a knight but stayed anyway he would basically be paid to live with/hang around Sherlock. A job I'd be interested in to be sure, but still highly suspicious.

Thank you so much once more for the awesome comment! <3
Lots of love,

yay, intruders gonna intrude)) i mean read x)

ta, it's not very long, i can do better! hopefully, i'll prove it one the next chapter)

to me it seems a credible basis, i'm not too familiar with this situation in medieval or um what is the right time period here, people might talk, people might not give a damn, people might not even know, but given that that part or the castle is not overpopulated, hah... nah, i do think it fits, anyway. i wonder what would john's answer to that be...

thank you for the awesome fic :3
