THE GODS AND GODDESSES
THE ALDA
The Father God. Much is unknown about him as he lives in a different plane than most other Ynalda and Unalda. It is said, however, that at a future date he will smite the planes into one paradise plane and eliminate the Unalda from the world. When this is to happen, only rumor can tell. The God of Lore well knows but does not tell.
THE YNALDA
The name for the gods and goddesses loyal to the Alda. When time was still young and the universe just created, all gods/goddesses were known as Ynalda: simply, “the-mades.”
THE GOD OF GRIEF
Hüzünlenmek
Hüzünlenmek was once the most beautiful of the gods, and was the most beloved of Alda. However, some of his fellow Ynalda grew jealous and together cast him down to earth, banishing from the plane of the Ynalda. In his torment and grief he became Hüzünlenmek-The god of Grief.
Current Status: Unknown, though presumably on earth. Hüzünlenmek can venture no farther than the mortal plane and thus is bound to its fate until Alda returns. Since the end of the Dark Dawn Hüzünlenmek hid himself from the world, though from time to time he is said to be seen roaming the world.

Hair color: white (often shines brightly in the sun)
Eye color: a glowing white gold.
Skin tone: a light whitish, French grey

Parent: Though he did not “sire” them, he did create the Anthros- mortals given different animals forms.

03. Started the Dark Dawn, a time of years which the sky was a black void and the world was a hazardous, dangerous, dark place. Only Hüzünlenmek himself cast any light. Rain was said to come from Hüzünlenmek’s tears that glistened like the sun.
THE GOD OF DREAMS
Zalafa
Zalafa is a rather reclusive god, spending much of his time in his sanctum, a place that houses all the dreams, ancient, forgotten and recent. It is also where he often spends his time observing dreams through crystals, manifesting himself in dreams through portals, and tinkering on his instruments.
Current Status: He tends to roam many planes and will often be seen in the presence of the Gods of Lore and Death, as these are his brothers. Sometimes Zalafa will spend years on earth, seeing dreams as they occur in real time, and other times he is seen coiling around crystals, humming and tuning them for observing and holding dreams.

Age: unknown
Hair color: white to cream gradient
Eye color: changes in the light, often catching the colors surrounding it. It is speculated that Zalafa does not truly have an eye color but instead takes in the color most prominent in his vicinity.
Skin tone: a pale white with some iridescence.
Scales: white with iridescence.
Nicknames: The Dream Weaver, The Snake God, Lover of Children.
Forms: Half-man/half-snake giant form | giant snake form | smaller half-man/half-snake form | mortal skin form

Parent: Father of The Lake Devourer (a giant sea beast) & Zavala, The Snake King.

NOTE: He has had many lovers however, though only two have given birth to offspring.
RANDOM FACTS
01. Unlike most other gods, Zalafa is a giant, manifesting himself as a giant half-man, half-snake. Though he is not limited to this form it is his favorite. However, when he walks the mortal plane he is usually in either a smaller version of this form or in a “mortal skin” as he calls it.
02. Zalafa is also considered a tinkerer. He creates instruments weaved with forgotten dreams and gold that he often gives to his subjects that run his temple on the mortal plane.

THE UNALDA
The name for the corrupted gods and goddesses that betrayed Alda. They fled to a void and there formed Dalvarouk-The World Choker, a blighted tree that stretches its poison and destruction across the universe and all planes that do not have protection from the Ynalda. Unalda means simply “un-mades,” they are the cursed Ynalda.
