Helena Maria Nathalie Luciana Pereira Castillo, 6 pounds 14 ounces, 18 inches long, came into this world Thursday April 2 via cesarean at 1:19 pm.

She is so beautiful. So gorgeous.

I, however, am not. Therefore, no pictures yet.

I had the cesarean like I said. I was awake for it, but they really numbed me, thank God. My aunt and my doula were there and I was in the hospital for an extra day. Really, there isn't anything romantic about operating rooms.
