How the heck did i get sick?

So for the better part of today I was throwing up. I havn't thrown up from an illness in id have to say about 6 years. I don't know if it was something I ate or what. I can only hope this goes away by tomorrow. Ive got 3 different classes I have to go to tomorrow so ::crosses fingers:: lets just hope it goes away
