I absolutely live for working out and eating healthy. No, for real though. I recently started dedicating an hour to the gym 2 or 3x a week and it's reduced my stress a good 60% [no lie!]. Not to mention my butt has never looked so good :p But take this as a true testimonial, working out WILL reduce your stress tension, whatever it may be provoked
