Last Friday we went back to the Comet Tavern to hang out with some friends and see some bands. here's a couple of random shots I took that I liked.

This was the tambourine of one of the gals from The Phytons.

I don't know if you know, but Hedwig and the Angry Inch is a movie, and a theater production. I think I know where the band got it's idea.

Yes, I did know that (hence the bit where I say the band). They played some songs from I think the movie as well as some other covers of thematically similar songs. But yes, it's basically a tribute show to the movie. And they were glorious. Apparently they play the movie once a month in West Seattle somewhere. Our friends we went with were going to take us as Sarah and I've never seen it.
