I was just asked by one of my favorite photography podcasts if they could interview me for their show!

I'm totally blown away. I don't want to jinx anything, so more details to come if/when it happens, but seriously… totally rad just to be invited!

Congrats! Do photography podcasts end up using huge amount of vocabulary trying to describe pictures with words? I hear it sometimes when NPR covers an art show, or in a scene in Hot Rod when the AM radio announcer says "This would be so great if you could see it!" or something to that effect.

Not really. At least the ones I listen to they're not generally talking about the photographs so much as the process. How to work with models, what makes a good photographer, your background, that sort of thing.

Most of the time if they talk to photographers about a specific photo they just post a link to it in the show notes and call it good. :)

And your icon trips me out every time I see it. I just can't stop looking at it… it's hypnotic!
