Yesterday on my way home from school i saw a father walking his child home from elementary school. I at first smiled, thinking it is not often that you see a grown man actually picking up his son from school on foot to have a nice walk home...then i saw what the man was doing. He was smoking a joint as he walked his child home. I don't know which
